Rental Policy

After 15 days delinquent, the owner will place a pad lock on your unit until all outstanding balances are paid.
After 90 days delinquent, the owner reserves the right to take possession of your unit until all outstanding balances are paid.
You are responsible for your own renters insurance to protect your belongings. Our insurance does not insure your property.

Rental Policy

If you are caught with any food products inside of your unit, you will be evicted immediately. You will be responsible for any damage in neighboring units.
We do our do diligence with Pest Control and have no access to units once they are rented. We are not responsible for any damage inside of units once rented.
